The AI Assistant is the chat button in the sidebar. Ask it things in plain language, or drop a file on it. It never changes anything without showing you a preview and asking you to confirm.
Key capabilities
- Chat with quick suggestions that fit your role, such as today's sales or how many products you have.
- Import products from a file. Drag in a photo of a price list, a PDF or a CSV. The assistant shows a Preview table of names and prices; press Confirm import and they are added to the catalog.
- Dictate instead of typing with the microphone button, when your PC supports it.
Good to know
- Imports bring in names and prices only. Add barcodes, categories and cost afterwards in the catalog.
- Always read the preview. A blurry photo can produce a wrong price; you are the last check.
- The assistant is available on the full plan.
