Use an adjustment when the number in the app does not match the shelf. For example, a small delivery arrived, or a product was damaged.
Before you start
- You are signed in as a manager or admin.
Steps
- On the home screen, tap Inventory.
- Tap Adjust.
- Choose the Product.
- Type the change in Quantity delta. Type 5 to add five units. Use a negative number to remove stock.
- Open Reason and choose one, for example Delivery.
- Tap Apply. The message Stock updated confirms the change.
