Open Settings from Home. Settings is admin-only. Do this once before your first sale; you can change anything later.
General
- Store name, Address, Timezone and Currency. The name and address print on receipts.
- Store logo. Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP. It shows on the sign-in screen and on receipts.
- Receipt footer text. A thank-you line or your return policy.
- Press Save General.
Billing
- Tax rate (IVA %) and Tax included in prices. Keep tax included on if the prices on your shelf already include it (recommended).
- Enabled payment methods. Turn on only what you accept: Cash, Card terminal, Bank transfer, Rappi, Uber Eats.
- Payment button labels. Rename a method if your team calls it something else. The label shows on the payment buttons and receipts.
- Press Save Billing.
Hardware
- Terminal ID. A short name for this counter, like the one the app suggests. If you run more than one PC, give each its own name. Each terminal has its own register (caja).
- Receipt printer and Paper width (58 mm, or 80 mm standard or wide). Press Test Print to check it.
- Open Cash Drawer sends the open command to the drawer connected to your printer.
- Receipt Settings. Show cashier name, receipt number, bold totals, auto-cut, an extra header line and a footer message. The Live Preview shows exactly what will print.
Near Expiry
Set the Alert window (days) — how many days before a product expires it should show up as near expiry — and an optional Near-expiry discount (%) that checkout applies automatically inside that window.
Auto-Lock Timeout
The screen locks after this many seconds without activity. Any staff PIN unlocks it. Pick something that fits your counter; a shorter time is safer.
Language
The Language tab changes the language for your own account only: Español (México) or English (US). Each person has their own language. See Languages.
Email Receipts and Backup
Both are available on the full plan. Email Receipts lets you set the sender address and send a test email. Backup creates a manual snapshot of your settings and catalog that you can restore later.
