Skip the guesswork. The app looks at which of a supplier's products are running low and fills in the order for you. You stay in control of the final quantities.
Before you start
- You are signed in as a manager or admin.
- The products are linked to the supplier. See Add a supplier.
- The products have a reorder point set, and their stock is at or below it.
Steps
- On the home screen, tap Purchase Orders.
- Tap New Purchase Order.
- Choose the Supplier.
- Tap Suggest reorder from low stock. The app adds the low-stock products with a suggested quantity.
- Change any Quantity you do not agree with.
- Tap Save Draft.
