Take payment from the Payments page

Sometimes a sale is left unpaid, for example a sale that was reopened. These sales wait on the Payments page. A manager unlocks the payment form, then takes the money as usual.

Before you start

• The register must be open.
• A manager is present to enter their PIN.

Steps

1. 1On the home screen, tap Payments.
2. 2Under Tabs Awaiting Payment, tap the sale you want to finish.
3. 3Tap Verify PIN to Process Payment.
4. 4In the Manager Access Required window, the manager enters their PIN.
5. 5Tap Cash and type the money received in Amount tendered.
6. 6Tap Process payment.
7. 7When the Receipt shows, tap Done.
